| We ship USPS or UPS and require insurance on all purchases, as we cannot be responsible once the merchandise leaves our premises. You may also come to our store in Dallas, Texas and pick up in person. |

| All merchandise is sold as-is. Please keep in mind that our business is estate liquidation, so nothing is new. We do our best to fully describe our items, and please ask questions before you buy! We do offer a full refund for items that are not as described. Our goal is to have repeat customers. Please contact us within 5 days after receipt if you have questions or concerns. For any refund or return, you must initiate contact with us within 5 days of receipt, or we will deny the claim.
